Dangerus (Tanacetum vulgare)

Holland Gin

Copper mug | Real copper mug made of solid copper, an alloy or stainless steel. Only with copper do some spirits react and thus give the special taste experience. E.g. for drinks with ginger beer or ginger wine and many others.

Place two bunches of tansy in a quart bottle, fill up with Holland Gin and let stand for about a week. Keep tightly corked in a cool place. This is excellent as a Tonic to improve the appetite.
